What is shared and what is not

Ventures share the company behind them and the standards we hold them to. They do not share your data, your subscription or your policies.

Shared company

Every product is built and run by The Trustee for Rowe Digital Trust under ABN 13 313 912 737. One registered Australian entity stands behind all of them.

Shared standards

The same engineering practices, the same privacy posture and the same support commitment apply across the portfolio, whichever product you are using.

Separate everything else

Each product runs its own accounts, subscriptions, data stores, policies and support address. We do not merge personal data between products or use one to profile another.

BubSync and My Energy Agent are available now, each sold directly to consumers under its own brand, with its own subscription, support address and policies.

Prices are published by each product, on its own website and on its app store listing, never on rowedigital.net. That is deliberate: a plan's price varies by country and by the store it is bought from, so the product's own pricing page is the only place showing the right figure. Do these products share my data with each other?
No. Each product built by The Trustee for Rowe Digital Trust runs its own accounts, subscriptions, data stores, policies and support address. Personal data is not merged between products, and one product is not used to profile a person using another.
Who do I contact for help with one of these products?
The product's own support address, because that is where the account, the subscription and the people who know the software are: BubSync at support@bubsync.com and My Energy Agent at hello@myenergyagent.au. hello@rowedigital.net is for the company itself rather than for product support.
Are these products Australian?
Yes. Every product in the group is built and operated by The Trustee for Rowe Digital Trust, ABN 13 313 912 737, from Brisbane, Queensland. They are designed around Australian rules and supported in Australian business hours.
