Rowe Digital exists so that a handful of software products can be built, sold and supported by the same people, under one properly registered Australian business.
What we actually do
We build subscription software and then run it. That second part is the whole point. Plenty of products get launched and then quietly left to rot; the ones we own are the ones we intend to still be maintaining in five years.
Today that means two products. BubSync is a shared baby tracker for families coordinating care across several people. My Energy Agent watches a household's electricity plan so nobody has to remember to check it once a year.
Both are sold directly to consumers as subscriptions. We do not take on client work, we do not resell anyone else's software, and we do not sell customer data. Our revenue comes from people choosing to keep paying for something that works.
Why a trust
The business operates through a discretionary trust. The registered entity is The Trustee for Rowe Digital Trust, and it holds the products, the contracts and the merchant accounts. It trades under the business names BubSync and My Energy Agent, which is what you will see on a receipt.
For a customer, the practical effect is simple: whichever product you subscribe to, the same registered Australian entity is behind it. Each product still holds its own agreement with you, published on its own site.
