Pricing
Prices live on the product, not here.
We would rather send you one click further than publish a number that goes stale. Each product's own pricing page is the current one, for your plan, your store and your country.
- Prices live with the product
- Each product publishes its own plans on its own site. That page is always current; a copy here would not be.
- Your checkout sets the terms
- Currency, tax and payment method depend on the store you buy from and the country you are in.
- Nothing is sold here
- This website takes no payments and holds no card details. It is a company site, not a shop.
Per product
Where to find actual prices
Subscriptions are purchased on the product's own site or through an app store, where its current plans and prices are published in full.
BubSync

My Energy Agent
A subscription for ongoing monitoring and comparison. Current plans and prices are published on myenergyagent.au.
Why it works this way
One price list cannot be right for everyone
This used to be a page of billing rules that applied to everything we sell. It was tidy, and it was wrong.
Each product is its own business
Every product has its own accounts, its own billing system and its own merchant account. That means it also sets its own plans, its own billing cycle and its own refund terms, and it answers its own billing email. None of that is shared across the portfolio, so there is no single number this page could honestly quote.
The store decides the currency
Most of our customers are in Australia and see Australian dollars. Plenty are not. Buy through the App Store or Google Play and the store picks the currency, converts the price into a local tier, and applies the tax rules for where you live. A page here claiming every price is in one currency would be wrong for anyone who opened it from overseas.
Prices change, and pages go stale
Plans get renamed, trials get added, app store tiers move. The product's own pricing page changes at the same time as the thing it describes. A second copy on a corporate site does not, and a stale price is worse than no price at all.
What you can rely on
- The price, the currency, the billing cycle and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
- A receipt follows every successful payment, showing the amount, the currency and the tax treatment that applied.
- You can cancel from inside the product, under the terms it publishes.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to any purchase made in Australia, whatever the product's own policy says.
The detail behind each of those sits in the product's terms of service, which you can reach from our legal centre.
Questions
Billing questions we get asked
- Where do I find the price of a product?
- On the product's own website, and on its App Store or Google Play listing. Those are the only places we publish prices, because they are the only places that can show the right one for your plan and your country.
- What currency will I be charged in?
- Whatever currency the checkout you used shows. Buy through an app store and the store sets the currency and the local price for your region; buy on the web and the product shows the currency at checkout. The price you confirm is the price you pay.
- Does the price include tax?
- That depends on where you are and where you bought it. GST applies to Australian customers, other countries apply their own rules, and app stores handle the tax on purchases made through them. The checkout and your receipt show the tax treatment that applied to your purchase.
- How often will I be charged, and will it renew?
- Each product sets its own billing cycle and states it at checkout, along with whether the subscription renews and when the next charge falls. Check the product's pricing page for the plan you are looking at.
- Who processes the payment?
- The product does, through its own payment provider or through the app store you bought from. No payment is taken on this website, and we do not operate a shared checkout across products.
- How do I cancel, or ask for a refund?
- Through the product, under the terms it publishes. If you subscribed through an app store, the store handles cancellations and refunds under its own policy. Product support can point you at the right one.
- Something looks wrong on my statement. Who do I ask?
- The support address for the product that charged you. They can see the subscription and the payment record; we cannot see either from this website.
Something wrong with a charge?
Email the support address for the product that charged you. They can see the subscription and the payment, and can fix it in one reply.
